Dressed in factory correct Sable Black (code 19), the car’s paint and trim are in overall excellent condition, with a few minor blemishes visible upon closer inspection. The car’s body is straight and solid, the battery appears new, the cargo area is in good, original order and the engine bay is very tidy. Note that this example is bereft of one of the 1970’s most popular features, a vinyl roof. Inside, the car’s Black Sierra Grain Leather interior (code 192) is offset by swaths of brown wood on the inner door panels and across the expansive instrument panel, which all look great. The split front bench and full rear bench seats are in very good condition, as are the matching carpet and headliner above. A pair of handles on the backsides of the front bench help with ingress and egress and are an echo of features found in rear seats of 1930s and 1940s Cadillacs. The massive, flat passenger floor looks even larger when finished in black.
