I am offering my very rare 1975 Dino GT4 Series 1 official Dino. This car was actually came off the factory as a Dino This car is SMOG exempted. Let me start first with the history of the Dino 308 and why it is the next big thing and collectors are now going crazy for. The 308 Dino was the first V8 ferrari ever made. It was also the first production ferrari that was not designed by Pininfarina. It was designed by Marcello Gandini at Bertone who is in the same category as Picasso. To name a few cars Gandini was responsible for are The Lamborghini Miura, Contach, Diablo, Lancia Startos and much more legendary cars. When these first came out they were a hard sell and ferrari sent all the dealers ferrari badges to replace the original Dino badges since everyone wanted a Ferrari. This car is an early Dino so its actually a DINO badged car which is very rare and today much more desirable. The later cars are all Ferraris. Dino is Enzos son who unfortunately passed at a young age. Under 800 early Dinos made. This car in specific is a very nice driver. It's reletivley low miles compared to any other Dino I have seen. It runs great and shifts into gear perfect. The car goes into gear without any buzzing whether the car is hot or cold like most Ferraris. Car remains pretty original and is a Radio delete car which is really cool . It comes with all the original books, tools, jack kit, jack bag, manual and records. Was purchased out of long term owner ship from a ferrari collector. The car is due for a belt service and carb adjustment.
