1968 Pontiac Firebird 350 Coupe - Beautiful example of a well-maintained Poncho that has been owned by the same previous owner for over 20 years and nicely documented with paperwork from when purchased new! Original invoice, payment slip, Protection Plan, warranty booklet and owner's manuals included. Car shows itself very well overall with only 62k actual miles (stated on current title) and un-molested with the exception of motor recently being rebuilt and a re-paint about 4 years ago. Powered by it's numbers matching 350-V8 with upgraded Holley 4bbl carb, factory 4-speed manual transmission, factory power brakes and factory power steering. Exterior finished in the pretty "Mayfair Maze" with excellent chrome and trim. Nicely equipped with the luxury "259-code" custom trim package which includes stainless exterior garnish moldings, PMD Rally-II wheels with beauty rings, special vinyl-weave bucket seats, deluxe steering wheel, special instrument panel with 160mph speedo, woodgrain trim throughout, center console with accessory clock, dash mounted grab bar and dual horns. This rarely-seen package gave the muscle a touch of class for those in need of the more sophisticated appointments. Interior appears mostly original except for an updated AM/FM radio and a new carpet recently installed. Engine bay is very nicely detailed and the undercarraige is clean with no evidence of any rust or rot issues. Car runs strong and sounds great with correct dual exhaust system. These Firebirds have always been popular and this one is a very classy example. A perfect candidate for any collection or Pontiac enthusiast!
