Here's a beautiful nut and bolt restoration of a 1941 Chevy AD (Art Deco) 1/2 ton pickup. All metal cab and bed, glass fenders. 216 six cylinder engine, 3 speed transmission and Oak bed. Everything new or rebuilt. The previous owner started with a very solid truck. The truck has been restored from front to back and top to bottom. The cab and bed appears all original. All of the running gear appears original and has been rebuilt and/or serviced. This truck presents as a Grade 2 excellent condition (no excuses) vehicle. AD (art deco) trucks were painted a single exterior color. I believe based on study, that this truck was originally a Brown color. The interior is finished in that color as a reference. There is a small area of original paint near the tunnel/firewall area that would support this. The exterior paint is mirror finished and is a Blue over Black. If you look at some of the detail pictures you will see the attention to detail with the wiring. Using the cloth covered wiring from this era. I enjoy driving this truck The engine starts and runs as near perfect can be. It steers and stops predictably for this vintage. No surprises.
