Description
This is a partially disassembled 37 Oldsmobile in need of a complete restoration. The body is solid with rust through at the rocker panel bottom rear on both sides and on the tail pan, left and right side. Remainder is solid. The lower drivers door is rusted through and the other doors are rusty but have not rusted through yet. The fenders are excellent and believed to be recent NOS fenders. The grille, bumpers, hood ornament, trunk hinges have been restored. The belt line trim and all other trim are decent and restorable. Seat need to be restored, frames and hardware are complete. The running boards are solid, the covering is in need of replacing. This is mostly a complete vehicle that has been partially disassembled. A few items are missing. If interested, please ask questions. I'll try to be as honest as possible. I just purchased this vehicle this week thinking it was a driver ready for paint. It is a good candidate for a frame off restoration. Mechanical condition is unknown. Prior owner claims he drove it into his shop two years ago. But, it wouldn't shift so I pulled the cover off the transmission. It was a mass of rust. I did not fuss with the engine. This obviously is not a driver.A brief lookover of the parts found the headliner and headliner bows missing, one defrost duct was missing. The ash try surround was not found. The generator is missing. Included are a few purchased replacement items.I require cash in the hand before the vehicle leaves my garage.
